Sociopath

He was a typical career criminal and sociopath who perpetrated over 25 confirmed victims within a two year period. Since his release from prison in 1998, at the age of 36, he vowed to his family to live an honest life from then on later proving to be an empty promise. As a charming and attractive compulsive liar and manipulator he conned his way through life while not living according to society rules with integrity and honesty. Even while in prison he conned the cons. With prison being his home and freedom his vacation statistics say he will most likely be in and out of prison most of his life. This only means one thing. That there will always be victims. Statistics say we are all potential victims of the most dangerous type of criminal. The sociopath. While threatening the life of one victim and putting a knife to the neck of another he felt the thrill of control not understanding the pain he had inflicted on his victims and blaming everyone else for his mistakes. With high intelligence and knowledge of right from wrong his lack of conscience prevented him from feeling remorse, regret, and guilt ultimately giving the emotional freedom to commit any heinous crime including breaking and entering, stealing, rape, murder and torture.

It is too easy for us to get wrapped up in our own worlds and in our daily routine where our eyes are open only on our face and not in our head. It takes something tragic sometimes to wake us up and make us realize that we do not keep an open mind. They say that knowledge is power and these days we need it for survival. It is important to remind ourselves every day before we go out into the world that we are not alone. We are amongst our own enemies who are inhumane and are in quantity. There is no cure except that of the upbringing of a child with ASPD learning how to cope in the world in which they live. Learning through discipline and reward from an early age is the responsibility of the primary parent or guardian and without this the child will most likely grow up to become a menace to society and a burden to family and friends.
